THE ICONIC DUO INVOKE A NIGHT VISION WITH ’TO SEE YOU’
The new single leads into ’JUKEBOX DREAM Vol. 1’—their forthcoming album via NewRetroWave Records.
‘TO SEE YOU’
( May 22nd )
After nightfall, something unseen moves beneath the surface—NINA and Radio Wolf's darkly romantic To See You, from their forthcoming album Jukebox Dream—a world of desire, mystery, danger, love and wonder. Shaped by Radio Wolf’s production, the track moves through spacey guitar motifs like distant transmissions, fused with electronic pulses, dirty trip-hop-rock beats, and a deep, throbbing bass. It drives with electronic rock energy, anchored by a pop sensibility, while NINA’s voice reveals a rich, deep resonance—embodying passion and longing, intimate and haunting, teasing your reach.
There’s a sense of waking with the moon, searching for something or someone—a nocturnal presence. The vocal echoes of “to see you” linger like a ghost of desire, drawing you deeper as momentum builds. Lush synth pads and distant reverbs blur the edges, holding everything in suspension, before unexpected drum breaks strike through, as NINA's voice swirls around you in the night. The track rises, culminating in Radio Wolf’s guitar—an explosion of melody, igniting the air as it soars through the ether.
Lyrically, the song circles connection in its most elusive form—something sensed, never fully grasped. “In blindness, I see you… in motion I feel you.” To See You continues NINA and Radio Wolf’s collaborative world-building across their retrofuturistic soundscapes, extending further into their immersive realm—Jukebox Dream—shaped by movement through darkness, where beauty and mystery come alive in the shadows. Cinematic, sensual, and emotionally charged—the kind of night vision for lovers and dreamers.

“With ‘To See You,’ I feel like I’m stepping into night magic—searching for something—or someone—I can only feel. What Radio Wolf built has this hard, driving pulse, but there’s something else moving through it that pulls me out of myself. When I’m singing, his music leads me into a mind-portal—beyond everything—where the rest of the world falls away. I get lost in his guitar—it almost harmonises with me, inspiring my next move. There’s a raw instinct to how he plays—the solo at the climax came out of a live moment in Paris when we were opening for Cannons—he just blasted it out and it felt right. Thankfully a fan caught it on video, so we could shape it into the final version.”

From the start, I built the track around contrast—light and dark, soft and hard. A driving, gritty trip-hop-rock beat runs through it, with something more fluid moving around it. NINA’s voice is that untethered glow against the edge—free and infused with desire, leading us into a realm beyond. At the same time, her visceral presence centres the track, balancing the unbound sonics with weight and humanity—there’s a power and emotional depth that lures everything into the light. My guitar takes that energy—shapes it almost in a dream state, as if it writes itself, and I let it burn out into the night. Our music and lyrics lean into a mystical, nocturnal, wild-at-heart headspace—emblematic of the wider world of the record.”
THE ARTISTS
Electronic-Pop-Rock artists NINA and RADIO WOLF create a romantic dreamworld of ghost lovers, moonlight escapades, starlit highways, and dreams run wild with their high-energy revelatory sound.
Crafted as ‘jukebox worthy singles’, their music fuses RADIO WOLF’s propulsive, rock-tinged guitar riffs and soaring leads with lush, neon-lit synths, gritty, driving electronic beats, and cinematic textures—built on strong melodies, undeniable hooks, and a knack for crafting songs that linger long after they end. Anchored by NINA’s haunting, smoky voice—deeply hypnotic—the result is a genre-defying sound that reignites electronic pop, rock ‘n’ roll, and dark, late-night atmosphere.
With releases such as Don’t Trust the Night, My Dark, Bluesbreaker, and Tokyo Cowboy, the duo have fused their individual artistry into a shared creative force, pushing their sound beyond their signature mystique into more otherworldly territory—bound by dark romance, while expanding the scale and emotional depth of their work. Their songs balance raw, surging guitar energy and rich synth layers with simple yet surreal lyrics, where desire, imagination, and dreamscapes transmit as one.
That momentum has carried through to the stage. Following a standout performance opening for DE/VISION, the duo supported JOHNNY JEWEL in Berlin—an artist whose cinematic world aligns closely with their own—and went on to join CANNONS on their European tour, where their sound proved a natural fit with the US band's indie-pop sensibility.
NINA and RADIO WOLF’s forthcoming collaborative debut album JUKEBOX DREAM unfolds in two volumes via NewRetroWave Records, revealing new dimensions of their artistry—from high-impact, electronic rock ’n’ roll to immersive and expansive synth movements. NINA’s vocals take on a striking new depth and beauty, while RADIO WOLF’s guitar erupts in melodic bursts of uncanny ascent, dueting with the vocals as the two merge into ethereal nightfire—a multi-dimensional, spectral reverie, shaped by their own distinct retrofuturistic vision.
