SINGLE / ALBUM
Driven by NINA’s haunting, velvet-toned vocals and Radio Wolf’s spacey guitars, dirty synth pulses and grungy tripped-out beat, To See You fuses dark pop romanticism with rock ’n’ roll spirit, wrapped in a cinematic retro-futurist atmosphere. Lyrically exploring themes of intimacy and illusion, the song hints at the world of Jukebox Dream, summoning visions of ghost lovers, moonlight escapades and dreams run wild.
Together, NINA and Radio Wolf have crafted a musical world that feels otherworldly and transcendent, yet strangely familiar, like a lost memory. Drawing inspiration from rock ’n’ roll, new wave and electronic music through the ages, they move freely between electronic and organic sounds, reshaping these influences through NINA’s distinctive voice, Radio Wolf’s signature guitar sound and cinematic production charged with a live-wire intensity into something unmistakably their own. The record is designed to feel immersive and transportive — like stepping through a neon portal into another dimension where listeners can escape, break free and lose themselves in the music.

“To See You embodies many of the dreamlike moods and emotional undercurrents flowing throughout the album, particularly its mystical and surreal side. While recording my vocals, I imagined being lured into a strange moonlit atmosphere, and even though the experience felt immersive, I consciously moved through different tonal shifts — from soft and intimate to pushed and heated, creating high and low levels of tension. Those contrasts helped shape the track, while Radio Wolf’s shimmering guitar felt like another voice floating alongside me. I wanted to drive further into the darker and more uncanny side of our sound while channeling the rock ’n’ roll night spirit at the heart of our collaboration.
The song actually became more developed as we performed it live throughout Cannons’ European tour. In Paris, the audience was especially warm and receptive, and the atmosphere that night led to extra vocals and the guitar solo being improvised on stage. A fan captured the performance on video, and we later worked elements of it into the final recording.”
RADIO WOLF

“I built the track around duality — light and dark, smooth and edgy, haunting yet visceral and human. I also wanted to showcase sides of NINA’s voice that audiences may not have heard before — richer, darker and more dynamically expressive. I wanted To See You to feel spectral and alluring while still remaining emotionally grounded. There’s a sensation running through the song of connecting with someone beyond physical sight — more instinct, emotion and atmosphere than anything else.
That duality also carries through the production, where electronic elements and strange analogue effects collide with organic guitar playing, amplifying the rawness of live performance through the sleek precision of electronica. The rest of the album delves even further into the new sonic territory we’ve created, channeling memories and influences from old ’50s records to the ’80s and ’90s MTV hits we grew up with — and more — shapeshifting them into something new, immersive and entirely ours.”
THE ARTISTS
Berlin-based singer-songwriter/electronic music artist NINA has teamed up with electronic rock artist-producer Radio Wolf to create a new lyric and sonic territory: a retro-futuristic fusion of modern electronic music with more organic styles like rock ’n’ roll, resulting in an emotionally charged soundscape resonant with dark romantic spirit and cinematic imagination.
Previous releases Don’t Trust the Night, My Dark, Tokyo Cowboy and Bluesbreaker gained praise for the duo’s genre-fusing sound, with some outlets describing NINA and Radio Wolf as “trailblazers.”
The duo performed new songs from Jukebox Dream live across Berlin, Cologne, Paris, London and Amsterdam, gaining new fans and widening their audience while sharing the stage with Johnny Jewel, Cannons and De/Vision.
NINA and Radio Wolf continue their collaboration from their studio, Juke Empire, where they are already working on future recordings and expanding on what they’ve started to build with Jukebox Dream.
